Job description

In your new role, you will:

1. Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions, executing data mining projects/use cases.
2. Identify and implement potential savings to increase efficiency in data mining and analytics applications.
3. Enable and establish connections between different data sources and information.
4. Develop and evaluate innovative prototypes and pilots, including the selection of tools and methods.
5. Contribute to building a network of stakeholders across sites and departments.
6. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams and senior experts from various areas and central functions.
7. Create training concepts and materials.
8. Stay informed about the latest statistical methods relevant to data analysis.
9. Communicate and present methods and results to different management levels.
10. Contribute to strategy and roadmap development in your area of expertise, aligning methods and business strategies with management.
11. Provide methodical support to frontend technology departments by defining and evaluating solutions.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science/analytics, mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
2. Expertise in data visualization tools such as Knime, Tableau, Excel, SQL/Access databases, SAP Business Objects/Intelligence, Python or JavaScript, C.
3. An understanding of business processes; semiconductor process experience is a plus.
4. Strong analytical skills and motivation to tackle new challenges.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
