Job summary

Lighthouse Education Hub PLT is seeking an English teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to student needs. You will teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, listening and pronunciation, while preparing plans, activities, and assessments.

Additionally, you will monitor progress, provide feedback, encourage classroom participation, and communicate with parents and staff. Fresh graduates with strong English skills are welcome to apply and join a collaborative teaching

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, TESOL, or related field.
• Teaching qualification or certification preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Fresh graduates considered with suitable potential.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective English lessons aligned to student needs.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, listening, and pronunciation.
• Prepare lesson plans, materials, activities, assignments, and assessments.
• Monitor and evaluate progress; provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage participation and maintain a positive classroom.
• Provide extra support to students needing help with skills.
• Communicate with parents and school staff on progress.
• Participate in meetings, development, and duties.
• Keep accurate attendance and performance records.
