IKEA is seeking a dynamic HR professional to join the Service Office HR Team. The role is integral in developing HR policies and frameworks aligned with IKEA's people strategy. Candidates should possess significant HR experience, particularly in employment laws, and demonstrate a passion for holistic workplace experiences.

About the job
We want to fill this position with a strong contributor in the Service Office HR Team, working closely with the Centres of Expertise function (COEs) and HR Business Partner team to ensure that HR strategies are translated into action effectively.
Your assignment
You will play a key support role to the Employment Manager in ensuring a consistent approach across Ikano Retail in developing HR Employment Policies, frameworks, and guidelines aligned with our overarching people strategy, including our annual VOICE survey process preparation. You will recommend best market practises with regard to HR employment and various people cycle initiatives with continuous improvement in mind. You will also be in the driving seat for developing wellness related policies, framework, guidelines and be in the lead for coordinating the HR aspect of CSRD and securing reporting directives are in place.
