Job summary

The Coca-Cola Beverages Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei invites a creative Graphic Design intern to contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing across Malaysia. You will design graphics, social posts, carousels and posters, while assisting in short video production and motion graphics that tell employee stories and career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a closely related creative discipline seeking a compulsory or voluntary internship.
• A foundation in visual design, layout, typography and illustration, with familiarity using relevant tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or equivalent software.
• Basic video editing and animation skills, using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent software, and a willingness to develop these skills further.
• Curiosity, creative initiative and attention to detail with the ability to collaborate, manage deadlines and improve work through feedback.
• A portfolio or samples of your creative work ie Coursework, personal projects, illustrations, videos and animations are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics, illustrations, social media posts, carousels and posters for employer branding campaigns and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Help produce and edit short videos, from developing concepts and storyboards to adding captions, sound and finishing touch.
• Create simple animations and motion graphics that bring employee stories, career opportunities and campaign messages to life.
• Develop creative materials for internship and graduate campaigns, campus engagements and career fairs, exploring interactive or gamified content where relevant.
• Collaborate with the team to turn briefs into engaging content, contribute fresh ideas and adapt designs for different audiences and channels while following brand guidelines.
• Support content planning and publishing preparation, organize creative assets, and leverage feedback to improve future content.
