Job summary

AMD is seeking a motivated individual to join the Engineering Services team under the Product Development Group in graphics products. You will manage master product data that includes manufacturing specification and bill of material through the product life cycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Experience with product data management concepts is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced NPI environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Establish samples plan and schedule; tracking, scheduling, and delivery of early prototype samples.
Be independent and resourceful in problem solving on issues that may interrupt NPI samples.
Liaise with AMD labs and manufacturing sites to ensure execution carries out as per plan.
Be the subject matter expert to build and support manufacturing specifications and BOM throughout the product life cycle.
Responsible on bill of material release/changes in accordance with change management process.
Participate in process improvement projects and drive efficiency and productivity.
