Job summary

AVEVA, a global industrial software leader, seeks a Contract Management Senior Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of customer and sales-related contract documentation from request to signature.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, the role collaborates with Sales, Legal, Trade Compliance, Finance, and Fulfilment teams to ensure contracts meet AVEVA standards and timelines, with working hours aligned to UK time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and hands-on experience in commercial contract management or administration.
• Proven experience in drafting and reviewing contracts with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and managing contracts related to sales activities, ensuring all documents are accurate, compliant, and delivered within required timelines.
• Ensure all contracts adhere to AVEVA’s contracting guidelines, policies, protocols and processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Legal and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
• Respond promptly and professionally to queries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support Trade Compliance, Credit Checks, bidding, pre-qualification and other activities within the quote-to-fulfilment process.
• Facilitate the contract signature process and ensure timely execution by all parties.
• Maintain accurate archives of working papers and executed agreements, including relevant references and metadata.
• Draft, prepare and edit documents—such as NDAs, Termination Letters, Novation Letters and Price Escalation notices—under Legal and senior CM supervision.
• Provide administrative support and assist with additional tasks as required
