Job summary

UPT TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD is seeking an experienced ELV Technician to join our team in Kuala Terengganu. You will install, maintain and troubleshoot low-voltage electrical and electronic systems for commercial and industrial clients.

The role requires 1–2 years of ELV technician experience, formal Electrical/Electronic Engineering qualifications, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with low-voltage electrical and electronic systems such as lighting, security and access control.
• Ability to use testing equipment and troubleshoot electrical components.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and test low-voltage systems including lighting and access control.
• Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance to ensure system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical/electronic components using testing tools.
• Document work and maintain records of configurations and performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver projects successfully.
