Job description

Supervise, coordinate, and guide a team of ELV technicians on project and maintenance work

Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of jobs

Perform site inspections and quality checks on installation and service work

Install and troubleshoot ELV systems such as:

Access Control & Alarm Systems

Public Address (PA) Systems

Intercoms & Structured Cabling

Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments for project coordination

Ensure compliance with safety standards, site regulations, and company SOPs

Train and mentor junior technicians on systems, safety, and troubleshooting

Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to site progress and equipment usage

Respond to emergency service calls when needed

Requirements:

Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, or related field

Basic knowledge in electrical installation works including single-phase and 3-phase systems

Minimum 3–5 years of ELV technical experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role

Possess a valid driving license (Class D or equivalent) – required for site travel

Strong knowledge in ELV systems, installation standards, and troubleshooting

Able to read and understand technical drawings and wiring diagrams

Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills

Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, or public holidays when required
