Job summary

LanTro (M) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Project Supervisor for Data Cabling and ELV works in Malaysia. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise resources to ensure smooth project execution, while monitoring progress and controlling costs.

The role requires a Diploma in a related field and at least 2 years of experience, with strong leadership and communication skills, plus willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Data Cabling, Electrical, ELV, IT or AV.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Strong leadership qualities with proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in basic computer usage including Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools.
• Able to work independently with high level of responsibility.
• Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise resources to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure it is completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare progress reports and necessary documentation for claims.
• Attend meetings with clients and consultants to ensure project alignment.
• Ensure high standards of quality throughout the project implementation process.
• Assist the Project Manager with on-site supervision and inspections.
