Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced ELV/LV Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Low Voltage (LV) system projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for design, planning, coordination, and implementation of both systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality installations that meet technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems:

· Design, plan, and manage the implementation of ELV systems, including:
- CCTV and video surveillance
- Access control and intercom
- Public address systems
- Structured cabling
- Intrusion detection and alarm systems

· Develop ELV system layouts, single-line diagrams, and detailed schematics.

· Design cable routing plans and trunking/conduit layouts for ELV systems in coordination with architectural and MEP designs.

· Ensure proper segregation of ELV cabling and containment systems to avoid interference and maintain signal integrity.

· Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and tender documentation in compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

· Coordinate with ELV subcontractors and vendors for timely delivery, installation, and commissioning.

· Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure all works meet technical and safety standards.

· Participate in client meetings and technical discussions, providing support during pre-sales phases including BOM and proposal preparation.

· Manage documentation such as shop drawings, as-built drawings, testing reports, and handover packages.

2. Low Voltage (LV) Electrical Systems:

· Lead the design and execution of LV systems, including:
- Power distribution boards (MDB, SMDB, DB)
- Lighting and small power systems
- Emergency power (UPS, generator, ATS integration)

· Prepare LV design documents including load calculations, single-line diagrams, and material specifications.

· Design LV cable routing and trunking/conduit pathways, ensuring proper cable separation, containment sizing, and accessibility for maintenance.

· Coordinate trunking and cable tray routes with structural, HVAC, and plumbing layouts to avoid clashes.

· Supervise LV electrical installations to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

· Liaise with consultants, MEP teams, and electrical contractors for coordinated design and implementation.

· Conduct system testing, commissioning, and ensure proper documentation for handover, including test reports and O&M manuals.

· Proficient in English and Malay for effective coordination with clients, contractors, and team members. Mandarin will be a plus point.

· Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ELV and/or LV project management and system implementation.

· Strong technical background in cabling design, electrical containment systems, and on-site supervision.

· Knowledge of local codes, safety regulations, and best practices in ELV/LV installations.

· Ability to manage projects independently and deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.

· Willingness to travel domestically for site visits and project supervision.
