Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN STAREC SDN. BHD. is seeking a Private Wealth Advisor to deliver holistic wealth management, tailored financial planning, and advisory services for HNW and mass affluent clients in Kuala Lumpur.

You will build lasting client relationships, perform needs analyses, craft personalized strategies, and support business development while ensuring regulatory compliance and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Financial Planning or related discipline.
• Min 3 years of progressive consulting and sales experience in financial advisory, wealth or related areas.
• Experience with High-Net-Worth, mass affluent client portfolios preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and identify goals and risk profiles.
• Develop and implement personalized wealth strategies.
• Advise on insurance, investment, retirement, estate and business succession planning.
• Review portfolios and financial plans regularly and adjust as needed.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking and partnerships.
• Prepare financial proposals and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Participate in professional development and team growth.
