Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations in an electronics manufacturing environment. The role focuses on efficient material handling, accurate inventory management, and timely support to production lines.

You will supervise daily activities, ensure proper material issuance per the production plan, and maintain inventory accuracy through counts and audits while leading a safety-conscious team and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics, preferably electronics.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Ensure materials issued are in order and released according to the production plan.
• Identify and manage any goods returned from production.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Support and maintain the company’s quality and environmental management system.
• Implement lean warehouse practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
