Job Summary:

• Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
• Monday: Morning, Afternoon
• Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon
• Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon
• Thursday: Morning, Afternoon
• Friday: Morning, Afternoon

Required 2-3 years of relevant work experience

Expected salary: RM9,000 - RM12,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer complaints and sales support needs, ensuring satisfaction through team collaboration.
• Investigate technical issues reported by customers via email and propose preventive solutions.
• Conduct regular quality visits to major clients, gather after-sales feedback, and coordinate with internal teams to suggest product improvements.
• Prepare technical support materials, including documents, videos, inspection reports, and manuals in English.
• Analyze after-sales fault data and provide insights to the quality department for continuous improvement.
