Job summary

PEC SE ASIA SDN BHD in Butterworth, Malaysia, is seeking an Electronics Engineer to join our international team. You will support hardware development for various machines, from requirements gathering to testing and delivery, contributing to the first large‑scale battery factories globally.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronic engineering, is proficient in Altium, has PCB design experience, and communicates in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electronic engineering.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer is a plus.
• Experience in PCB design, analogue and digital techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and testing of hardware components under guidance.
• Assist in project tasks to meet deadlines, quality and technical objectives.
• Analyze design constraints to identify effective hardware solutions.
• Create schematic designs and PCB layouts using Altium Designer.
• Participate in prototyping, validation and debugging of hardware systems.
• Collaborate with global R&D team members and suppliers.
• Report to the Design Lead.
