Job summary

Dyson Malaysia is seeking an Electronics Hardware Engineer to design and develop electronics for home appliance products. The role requires planning work to meet project goals and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor degree in electrical/electronics/telecommunication and at least 2 years in hardware design, with knowledge in power electronics, motor control, analog/digital and sensing technologies. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in design and development of Electronics hardware circuits and system.
• Knowledge of power electronics, motor control, analogue/digital/sensing tech and interfacing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement electronics solutions for home appliances.
• Ensure designs meet specifications, performance, reliability, DFM and regulatory standards (IEC/UL/EMC).
• Prototype and implement new product designs including analog and digital hardware and embedded software.
• Produce engineering materials: schematics, PCB layout, tolerance analysis, FMEA, test reports.
