Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hardware AE technical support in debugging and resolving cellular and non-cellular wireless communication module products for customers.
• Provide reliable hardware design solutions tailored to customer applications.
• Coordinate with teams (like CPM, FAE) to resolve hardware-related customer issues promptly.
• Review schematic and PCB design files using EDA tools.
• Assist customers with hardware-related queries through analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns and queries.

Qualification requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communication/Microwave or related fields with knowledge of Communication Principles and Technology.
• Familiarity with IC system devices and communication interfaces such as power management, audio codec, USB2.0/3.0, UART, PCM, SDIO, PCIE.
• Proficiency in using EDA tools and interpreting datasheets.
• Strong pressure handling, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strain capacity.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken/written/listening) is an advantage for liaising with counterparts.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

Able to (Speak/Write/Listen) in Mandarin is an added advantage as the position requires liaising with counterparts.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
