Overview
Bachelor Degree or Master in Pure Electronic Engineering Background. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in electronics design, testing, troubleshooting, or PCB development (fresh graduates with strong academic and project background are encouraged to apply). Understanding of the current sensor application is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Involve in monitoring of safe work practices by reporting incidences and unsafe procedures.
- Participate and cooperate in improvement activities to enhance work processes.
- Follow and maintain self-discipline at the highest level in accordance with the employee handbook.
- Apply knowledge in discrete and analog electronic components (resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, ICs) and electrical fundamentals (Ohm’s law, Kirchhoff’s laws); understand PCB basics including schematics, layout, soldering, assembly, and interpreting datasheets/wiring diagrams.
- Perform PCB debugging and troubleshooting, apply ESD precautions, design and analyze basic electronic circuits, and use simulation/CAD tools (LTspice, Multisim, Proteus, PCB CAD).
- Operate electronic test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, function generator, power supply), conduct fault-finding, debugging, repairing of circuits, and preventive maintenance for electronic systems.
- Program in C, C++, Python, LabVIEW; work with microcontrollers (Arduino, PIC, STM32 or similar); apply communication protocols (UART, SPI, I²C, CAN); and understand digital electronics (logic gates, microcontrollers, interfaces).
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effective teamwork and communication, ability to document test results and reports, and willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
Qualifications

- Proficiency with PCB basics and electronics fundamentals; ability to read schematics, layouts, datasheets, and wiring diagrams.
- Experience with PCB debugging, ESD precautions, and use of simulation/CAD tools.
- Experience with electronic test equipment and fault-finding; routine preventive maintenance.
- Programming skills in C, C++, Python, LabVIEW; microcontroller experience (Arduino, PIC, STM32 or similar); knowledge of UART, SPI, I²C, CAN.
