A leading company in the flour milling industry in Malaysia is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician. The role involves performing maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting engineering activities. Candidates should have a Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering and 1-2 years of experience, particularly in the food industry.

Perform daily maintenance tasks based on job sheets from the Electrical Supervisor.
Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition.
Carry out electrical installations following plans, designs, and safety standards.
Monitor meter readings and report any issues or defects.
Ensure all electrical work complies with national safety regulations and codes.
Promote a safe and clean work environment, ensuring safety rules and PPE are followed.
Assist engineers with testing, commissioning, and project progress monitoring.
Contribute to process improvement and growth initiatives.
Support and participate in FSSC 22000 activities.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualification & Experience
Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or any related field.
1-2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the food industry.
Positive workattitude and strong desire to learn.
