Job summary

Une entreprise de technologie de pointe recherche un Technicien/Superviseur Électrique pour superviser les opérations de son équipe. Le candidat sera responsable de la formation et de l'accompagnement du personnel, de la planification des travaux et de la gestion de l'équipement électrique, en veillant à respecter les normes de sécurité. Une expérience préalable de 3 ans et un diplôme en ingénierie électrique sont requis.

Qualifications

• Expérience de 3 ans dans un département électrique ou une entreprise de construction.
• Connaissance des systèmes électriques (3 phase / 4 phase).
• Capacités techniques et compétences en informatique.

Job description

We are looking for an experience Electrical Technician / Supervisor to oversee our team of Project, Service & Maintenance or M&E Teams. In this role, you will be responsible for training and mentoring staff, creating work schedules, providing technician assistance, and troubleshooting system, electric equipment, components or machinery or etc. You may also be required to maintain and repair the electrical equipment used on-site.

• Preparing and assigning work schedules
• Supervising and motivating team members
• Ensuring proper handling and maintenance of electrical equipment
• Maintaining safety standards and adhering to electrical codes
• Installing electrical equipment like starter panel or any other electrical systems
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues/malfunctioning as and when required (on-site)
• Reviewing work procedures and suggesting improvement measures
• Monitoring and handling inventory purchases
• Estimating and preparing budgets
• Documenting all inventory purchases
• Supervising on-site electrical operations and reporting any major issues to the senior management
• Conducting labour and material estimates
• Inspecting and interpreting any remodelling projects

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Proven work experience 3 years in the Electrical department or any construction company
• Familiarity with the electrical system, tools, and equipment (3 phase / 4 phase)
• Goods computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Displaying leadership qualities
• Knowledge of safety and industry standards
• Highly motivated
• Analytical and decision-making skills
• Possessing sound technical knowledge
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with other technical departments
