Job description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team at PAN ASIAN DAIRIES SDN BHD in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan. As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the electrical systems and equipment that support production facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, motors, and industrial equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults to ensure minimal downtime and maximum production efficiency.

• Implement and adhere to strict electrical safety protocols and conduct routine safety inspections.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance and upgrade electrical systems.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance and repair work.

• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior technicians when required.

• Skilled in maintenance work related to Chillers, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, cooling towers, air compressors, and air conditioning systems.

• Responsible for supervising or handling any electrical installation work within voltage limitations and according to certification categories of competency, including—when necessary—issuing written work instructions (Permit to Work) to personnel under your supervision.

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field with Electrical AO competency.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector

• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve electrical issues

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Familiar with electrical safety regulations and able to ensure compliance

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
