Job summary

The successful candidate will drive cost and quality improvements, ensure policy compliance, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while delivering projects within scope and schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture.
• Experience in project management and supervision of teams.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project phase.
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and management teams.
• Assist in selection, contracting and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices, and discuss costs with clients.
• Support marketing of services to clients as needed.
• Adhere to corporate, building and client policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with facility personnel to meet quality, service, cost and profit goals.
• Report major problems and provide recommendations to management.
• Advise on approvals for organizational changes and potential expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and building codes.
• Maintain high standards and continually update skills.
