Job summary

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking a capable Electrical Engineer to manage all electrical scope for a hyperscale data center project in Malaysia. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities to ensure requirements are understood and correctly executed.

Responsibilities include driving cross-functional coordination, monitoring site progress and quality, and supporting authority submissions and inspections.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree required.
• Data center construction exposure.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all electrical scope of works for hyperscale data center project.
• Liaise with client, consultants, subcontractors and authorities to ensure project requirements are understood and executed correctly.
• Drive coordination between stakeholders to resolve technical issues and mitigate risks for smooth project delivery.
• Monitor site progress, quality and compliance with data center standards, including reliability and uptime requirements.
• Support authority submissions, approvals and site inspections as required.
• Attend coordination meetings, client meetings and technical discussions to ensure execution alignment.
