About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Project Engineer to join the growing team at Ricoff Engineering Sdn Bhd, a leading engineering firm based in Kuching, Sarawak. As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex electrical systems and infrastructure for a range of high-profile projects. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for career development and growth within the company.

What you'll be doing

Manage the planning, tendering and installation of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including civil, mechanical, and IT specialists, to ensure seamless project delivery

Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications to document project progress and outcomes

Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and the company's quality policies

What we're looking for

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field

Knowledge in Electrical & Mechanical.

Minimum 5 years experience of tendering in Electrical and Mechanical.

Thorough understanding of electrical design principles, project management methodologies, and electrical installation best practices

Proficient in the use of electrical design software, such as AutoCAD, and project management tools

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
