What you'll be doing

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components within the power plant/Manufacturing Plant.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of equipments to identify and address any issues or potential problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise the performance and energy efficiency of the power plant/Manufacturing Plant.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to protect the well-being of our employees and the integrity of our assets
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in renewable energy and any related engineering field.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the operations team.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in any engineering field
• Experience in the power generation or renewable energy industry (optional)
• Strong technical expertise in electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems (optional)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address complex technical issues
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and the ability to implement and enforce safety protocols
• A valid driver's licence and the ability to work on-site as required
• Mandarin profeciency is preferred
