Responsibilities
- Support major machine trouble
- Manage machine spare parts and preventive maintenance.
- Communicate with Japan side for any related to electrical technical issue
- Developing, reviewing, updating, modifying, and approving electrical design plans and work schedules.
- Liaising with clients and other engineers to ensure projects are completed to specifications.
- Maintaining and improving existing machine and equipment.
- Participating in conferences, events, and networking and learning opportunities.
- Drawing up budgets, schedules, company regulations, and various other documents.
- Analysing existing processes and scheduling meetings to discuss improvement initiatives.
- Conducting research, performing diagnostics and troubleshooting equipment.
- Communicate with Japan side for any related to technical issue.
Skills Needed
- Able communicate in Japanese language.
- Basic theory of electricity
- Knowledge in PLC and operation screen (GOT) (software & hardware)
- - Mitsubishi PLC and GOT is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of inverters and servomotor
- Control block diagram (speed control, etc.)
- Handling high voltage equipment
- Understand concept of power line protection
- Extensive practical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent motivational skills and multitasking abilities.
