To coordinate, supervise, and ensure the timely and accurate execution of all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works in construction projects. The M&E Coordinator liaises with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting smooth integration of M&E systems into the overall project schedule and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all M&E works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations for a construction project.
• Prepare documentation for all on-site work (Material approval, shop drawings submission, approval chit, Request for Information, etc.)
• Manage M&E sub-contractors on site.
• Conduct site inspections with sub-contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Work closely with the site team (Project Managers, Site Engineers, QAQC Engineers, and Quantity Surveyor).
• Assist in and identify work done for Progress Claim Submission.
• Minimum 5 years of experience and well-versed with ground site conditions.
• Familiar with government contracts.
