Responsibilities

• Supervise site works and coordinate activities at construction sites.
• Monitor work progress and assist subcontractors to meet schedule and specs.
• Attend meetings with clients/consultants and liaise with local authorities.
• Carry out joint inspections with client/consultant representatives.
• Responsible for all personnel functions of subcontractors and workers at the site.
• Ensure coordination of works among all subcontractors and site staff.
• Check daily attendance and monitor attendance records.
• Maintain discipline, morale, safety and environmental practices on site.
• Ensure work quality meets specified requirements.
• Monitor delivery of materials for quality and adherence to specs.
• Prepare progress reports and other project-related reports.
• Accountable for safety, health and environmental management on site.
• Undertake special assignments as required.
