- Production related design of control system or upgrading
- Service, repair and modify machine and equipment – Electrical & Mechanical
- Daily inspection at designated area of machines and update checklist
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance and feedback findings
- Spare parts request, handling and recording as per SAP-EAM system requirement
- Ensure 5S and safe working practices at all time
- Minimum 1–2 years of practical experience in troubleshooting and repairing heavy-duty production machinery (electrical and mechanical systems).
- Competence in conducting routine inspections and planned preventive maintenance.
- Able to document findings and provide improvement feedback.
- Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems for spare parts handling, recording, and maintenance scheduling.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Willing to work morning and night shifts, including 12-hour shifts (comprising 8 hours of regular working time and 4 hours of overtime).
- Able to support work on weekends, when required
- Familiarity with production-related control system design or system upgrading is an advantage.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent technical qualification (someone from the background polytechnic/institute Latihan & vocational are always hands on)
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems, including basic PLC programming.
- Ability to read and interpret PLC codes and ladder logic (preferably in Instruction List (IL) and Structured Text (ST) formats).
