Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Contractor / Installer to investigate, assess & verify damage and provide breakdown reports on charger, electrical equipment, cables, other power tools and report accordingly to immediate superior.
• Educate customer and client on EV charger usage upon testing and commissioning
• Collaborate with BDEs team to schedule site visit and create customized technical proposals
• Ability to advice and resolve technical issue that arise during site installation and testing.
• Assist Contractor / Operation team for troubleshooting of electrical failures and work with operation / contractor / manufacturer for the resolution
• Provide support and supervision during testing & commissioning phase
• Perform cost saving measure and proposed to management the benefit of implementation
• Oversee the installation works, maintenance works, and infrastructure development works performed by the appointed contractors or installer
• Perform others related duties as may be required by the Management
