Job Responsibilities

1. Involve in machinery to carry out maintenance activities which link to production machinery/building & facility/firefighting system/machine improvement.
2. Lead for root cause finding, preventive & corrective action to reduce machine downtime.
3. Manage the activity (link to production support – Work Order).
4. Update WO in LN system and report weekly.
5. Arrange daily activity to subordinate according to WO.
6. Attend production meetings to update the status of on-hand activity which links to production.
7. Establish and maintain preventive maintenance program and work order system on all equipment.
8. Respond immediately and resolve machine breakdowns.
9. Provide technical know-how in troubleshooting equipment issues and develop improvement strategies to reduce unplanned downtime.
10. Establish and promote the maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions.
11. Ensure maintenance procedure adherence to company’s Quality System, ISO and/or other standards.

Education Background

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in preferably M&E Engineering, Automation Engineering.

Experience

At least 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Specific Skills

1. Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.
2. Able to diagnose and correct equipment faults and programming errors effectively.
3. Review and analyze improvement projects.
4. Total Preventive Maintenance knowledge.
5. Familiar with AutoCAD.
