Responsibilities

• Design of Electrical & ELV Services, Earthing & Lightning Protection Services.
• Project cost estimation for overall Electrical Services.
• Liaison with relevant Authorities for approval.
• Attend CCM, TCM and coordinate with Consultant team.
• Administer the tender process including documents and interviews.
• Oversee construction processes related to Electrical Services.
• Verify contractor’s progress claims and final account.

Job description

1. Design of Electrical & ELV Services, Earthing & Lightning Protection Services, Security Services according to UBBL & relevant standards.
2. Project cost estimation for overall Electrical Services.
3. Liaison with relevant Authorities for approval.
4. Attending CCM, TCM and etc. Coordination with Consultant team (Architects, C&S and others)
5. Administration of tender process (Tender documents, drawings, reports & tender interview)
6. Administration of construction process related to Electrical Services such as producing construction drawings, check & approve shop drawings, attending site meeting, problem solving on various arising site matters, witnessed testing & commissioning and handling authority inspections
7. To verify contractor’s progress claims and also final account after ensuring the project’s building is defect free.
