Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the operation and management of electrical equipment in the production system, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
2. Lead upgrades and modifications of electrical equipment, developing transformation plans and providing technical support.
3. Provide immediate technical support for electrical failures during production, collaborating with maintenance teams.
4. Drive technical innovation by identifying, promoting, and implementing electrical improvements and small modifications.
5. Contribute to electrical engineering aspects of new projects.
6. Participate in developing maintenance plans, oversee material planning, execution, and quality inspections.
7. Track and analyze electrical material usage, investigate abnormal consumption, and develop improvement measures.
8. Assist in equipment acceptance activities for upgrades and new installations.
9. Attend incident review meetings, propose preventive measures, and compile reports.
10. Support training on equipment operation and technical skills.
11. Monitor and prevent unsafe or illegal electrical operations.
12. Engage in continuous learning to enhance professional skills.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• 3+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in Mandarin preferred for communication with Mandarin-speaking employees and vendors.
• Willing to work in Samalaju, Bintulu Sarawak.
