Job summary

Voltz Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Engineer (Electrical Construction) to supervise and coordinate electrical project activities in Penang Island. You will oversee site work, material delivery, M&E installations, and liaise with contractors and consultants to ensure timely, quality completion.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, knowledge of design and AutoCAD, and at least 2 years' related experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge in design and AutoCAD.
Coordinate, supervise and liaise with Clients, Consultants, Authorities and Contractors.
Mature, independent, initiative, self-motivated with good technical decision-making.
At least 2 years of related experience.
Willing to work in Penang Island.
Own transport required.

Responsibilities

Monitor and supervise project site work, construction operations and related activities.
Attend project monitoring site work progress, subcontractors and workers attendance.
Liaise with main contractors, Builders, Consultants and other M&E services.
Produce shop drawings, method statements, risk control documents, and project documentation.
Assist in testing and commissioning, site inspections with Engineers.
Prepare daily activity planning and programming.
