Electrical & Automation Engineer Apprentice (Chembong)

Through this program, apprentices will help the organization build a talent pipeline for future vacancies.

To assist their manager with specialist skills in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Electricity, or Automation in the market, in line with corporate guidelines, ensuring that specific MES-E&A activities enhance business objectives, product quality, and plant operation/performance, while prioritizing people health and safety, product safety, and environmental sustainability.

You will be an ideal candidate for this exciting role if you meet the following attributes:

• Fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience.
• CGPA of 3.2 and above.
• Preferably with a background in Supply Chain or relevant fields.
• A great team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interested in gaining hands-on experience in the FMCG industry.
• Able to commit for a minimum of 12 months.
