Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented ICT & Electrical Application Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing technical support, executing electrical and ICT design tasks, and ensuring successful project delivery from concept to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide product-related technical support to clients as needed
• Perform electrical design engineering, including concept development, detailed design, technical reports, and engineering calculations
• Prepare ICT deliverables such as schematic drawings, wiring diagrams, panel arrangements, cable block diagrams, and multicore cable schedules for telecommunication panels
• Interface with ICT equipment including USDH, teleprotection systems, SCADA devices, and related technologies
• Ensure designs comply with relevant authority requirements, client specifications, and international standards and codes
• Manage projects to meet agreed specifications, timelines, and quality expectations
• Advise on and resolve technical issues during site installation and testing phases
• Assist and supervise commissioning activities to ensure smooth project handover

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
• Proficient in CAD software for electrical and ICT design
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Willingness to learn new design tools and technologies
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player
• Willing to travel as required by project assignments
