A.Z.Z Services, an Authorized Service Center for renowned brands, seeks a responsible Technician to repair and service a wide range of home appliances in Petaling Jaya. You will diagnose faults, perform on-site or workshop repairs, and ensure safety and quality in every job.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carrying out inspection, troubleshooting, repair, servicing, and maintenance of electrical appliances.
• Diagnosing appliance faults and identifying the appropriate repair solutions.
• Handling repairs and servicing of refrigerators, washing machines, kitchen appliances, and other home electrical/electronic appliances.
• Performing on-site and/or workshop repair work when required.
• Ensuring all repair and servicing work is completed safely and according to procedures.
• Communicating clearly with customers regarding appliance problems and service updates.
• Completing service reports and relevant documentation accurately.
