1. Ensure that the electromechanical engineering is completed on time, coordinating the construction schedule with the civil engineering, decoration and other specialties;
2. Responsible for the installation, commissioning and acceptance of the electromechanical systems, ensuring that each system operates normally and meets design requirements;
3. Accept the electromechanical subcontracting work;
4. Master the heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), power supply and distribution, fire protection system, water supply and drainage, intelligent and other systems involved in high-rise buildings;
5. Maintain effective communication with the design party, general contractor, subcontractors and supervision party to resolve any overlaps and conflicts that arise during construction;
6. Responsible for the technical guidance and quality supervision of electromechanical work on site, ensuring that construction complies with design and regulatory requirements.
