Key Responsibilities

• Support all phases of E&I projects: feasibility, design, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Produce detailed electrical/instrumentation layouts, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate site activities, supervising installation, testing, and pre-commissioning tasks.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality, ensuring full HSE compliance.
• Maintain progress reports, manage technical documentation, and liaise with clients and suppliers.
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide technical handover training to operations teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in E&I project execution.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, EPLAN, or equivalent design software.
• Strong project planning, cost estimation, and risk management abilities.
• Solid understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and CIDB work processes.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Malay proficiency is a plus.
