Eksekutif Muda (Pembangunan Perniagaan)

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Eksekutif Muda (Pembangunan Perniagaan) to join our team at Insist Amilat Sdn. Bhd. in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in driving new business development for our company.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and action plans
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients
3. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
4. Providing excellent customer service to ensure high client satisfaction
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives
6. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new business prospects
7. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
