Summary:

Looking for person who is passionate on Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) matter to coordinate and support activities in EHS Department to build a positive EHS Culture for Dexcom Malaysia. The core functions of EHS Department are working with cross functional teams to ensure legal compliance, safe working environment for employees, and no environmental pollution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform administrative job in EHS Department

To coordinate and support on EHS Campaign (e.g. Safety Campaign, Environmental Campaign, Occupational Health Campaign)

To coordinate and support on Workplace Safety programs (e.g. generating and issuance of New Contractor Orientation badges, compiling work place inspection data, etc.)

To coordinate and support on Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene programs (e.g. arrange for medical surveillance session, communicate medical surveillance results to employees, coordinate industrial hygiene monitoring session, CHRA, chemical review, etc.)

To coordinate and support on Environmental programs (e.g. coordinate environmental monitoring programs)

To coordinate and support on EHS Trainings (e.g. arrange for training session, training room reservation, check training attendance, etc.)

To manage and ensure EHS records are properly kept and traceable

To keep track on EHS department budget and spending

Required Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Science

3-4 years of working experience

Strong written and oral communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong planning and coordination skills
