Job Description

• Supervise and enforce EHS policies and procedures across semiconductor construction and manufacturing operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Ensure full compliance with Malaysian DOSH regulations, including FMA 1967 and OSHA 1994.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing EHS training programs.
• Monitor and report on EHS KPIs and maintain accurate documentation for audits.
• Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain emergency preparedness plans.
• Collaborate with project and design teams to integrate EHS considerations into planning and execution.
• Oversee chemical safety and waste managementsafety protocols.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of EHS experience in industrial, construction, or semiconductor environments.
• Yellow Book certified
• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing, and high-tech construction safety.
• Proficient in EHS management systems and reporting tools.
