Job summary

LF Lansen Sdn Bhd in Johor is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor to lead our EHS program. You will develop policies, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations while promoting a strong safety culture.

You will organize safety training, manage emergency plans and PPE, investigate incidents, and maintain records. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is expected, with 1–2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OSH or related field.
• 1–2 years of proven safety experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and local requirements.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and mitigation.
• Experience delivering safety training.
• Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain safety policies in line with OSHA and local standards.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Organize and deliver safety training for all employees.
• Lead emergency planning, drills, and evacuation procedures.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports for management and regulators.
• Manage PPE procurement, distribution, and maintenance.
• Maintain records of training, inspections, and incident reports.
