Job Description

1. Ensure compliance with Malaysian OSHA, Environmental Quality Act, and Factory & Machinery Act.
2. Liaise with DOSH, DOE, and secure all necessary EHS permits and licenses.
3. Develop and implement EHS Management Plans and HIRARC procedures.
4. Manage Permit to Work systems for high-risk activities.
5. Conduct site inspections, audits, and enforce PPE and safety protocols.
6. Review subcontractor EHS plans and lead coordination meetings.
7. Deliver EHS training (e.g., emergency response, work at height, LOTO).
8. Investigate incidents and maintain RCA reports and incident logs.
9. Monitor emissions, noise, dust, and waste per DOE guidelines.
10. Maintain complete EHS documentation and submit regular reports.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
2. 8 - 10 years of EHS experience in large-scale projects or data centers.
3. Green Book holder (registered with DOSH Malaysia).
4. Strong familiarity with EIA and scheduled waste processes in Malaysia.
