Job summary

Hexamatics Servvcom Sdn Bhd in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support fast-paced warehouse operations in a heavy equipment assembly setting. You will handle receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching with strict adherence to safety standards and 5S practices.

The role requires 1–2 years in warehouse/logistics, practical experience with receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatch, and forklift licensing is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Forklift license preferred/required depending on role.
• Familiar with warehouse workflows and material handling.
• Knowledge of safety standards and 5S practices.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify against orders or delivery notes.
• Store goods in designated locations to keep organized storage.
• Pick and prepare materials and components according to job orders.
• Pack goods securely for internal distribution or shipping.
• Manage dispatch by loading goods safely and handling shipping docs.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment per safety guidelines.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and support stock control.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse environment following 5S.
• Report damaged items or shortages to supervisors promptly.
• Collaborate with Production and Procurement to meet requisitions.
