Job description

  • Manage shipping documentation formalities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process bookings and execute relevant orders.
  • Maintain timely and accurate tracking status updates.
  • Communicate effectively with overseas offices, agents, shipping lines, and clients.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to all client inquiries via telephone or email.
  • Address internal and external customer concerns and offer solutions.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for all documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Mandarin speaking ability is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin communication.
  • No experience necessary; willing to learn and accept new challenges.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship opportunities available.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Meticulous with good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication, team player, positive attitude.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high stress tolerance.

Working Hours:
8:45 am to 6:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
8:45 am to 1:00 pm (Saturday, once a month)
