Job Description

This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

[Note - Program: Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the PROTÉGÉ Program]

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist Facilities Engineering Maintenance Services (FEMS) Electrical operation activities—including Planned Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Routine Inspection, Proactive Maintenance, Warranty Management, and User Requests—are executed according to the Concession Agreement requirements and Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  2. Assist the Sustainability Program, including Indoor Air Quality and Energy Management, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  3. Monitor daily operations related to Complaint Work Requests, Scheduled Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Routine Inspections, and other activities, while optimizing costs and minimizing monthly fee deductions.
  4. Identify and prepare technical reports (such as Technical Professional Advice, Condition Appraisal Reports, Monthly Deduction Mapping Reports, Incident Reports, Life Cycle Assessments, Benchmarking, and Electrical Drawings) for submission to the Ministry of Health (MoH) in both hardcopy and digital formats via the Assets & Services Information System (ASIS).
  5. Assist in the preparation and presentation of new project proposals and initiatives to secure additional revenue through Reimbursable Work and Variation Orders.
