As SodaXpress Sales Manager, the candidate will lead efforts to drive revenue, strengthen retail partnerships, and expand our market footprint through both offline and online channels.

The responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive and may evolve based on business needs. The Sales Manager may be required to undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Department Head or Management to support overall business objectives.
JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS:
A passionate sales professional with at least 5 years' experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
Comfortable working with sales data, forecasting, CRM tools, and reporting.
Familiarity with retail channels and E-commerce/B2C/B2B platforms.
Able to travel locally and occasionally work weekends.
