Job description

As SodaXpress Sales Manager, the candidate will lead efforts to drive revenue, strengthen retail partnerships, and expand our market footprint through both offline and online channels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary roles of the job, which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies across retail and modern trade.
  2. Manage and grow key accounts including retailers, B2C/B2B channels, and corporate clients.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of Sales Reps and Promoters.
  4. Monitor sales KPIs and generate actionable insights for management.
  5. Collaborate with Marketing on trade promotions and consumer campaigns.
  6. Conduct regular store visits, competitor analysis, and customer engagement.
  7. Negotiate volume deals and trade terms.
  8. Ensure timely payment collection and credit monitoring.
  9. Represent SodaXpress at exhibitions, roadshows, and B2B events.

The responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive and may evolve based on business needs. The Sales Manager may be required to undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Department Head or Management to support overall business objectives.

JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS:

A passionate sales professional with at least 5 years' experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.

Comfortable working with sales data, forecasting, CRM tools, and reporting.

Familiarity with retail channels and E-commerce/B2C/B2B platforms.

Able to travel locally and occasionally work weekends.
