Job Responsibilities:

• Developing business models and solutions for IT projects.
• Supporting business planning and analyses to ensure projects meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Maintaining accurate and complete documentation for all business processes.
• Preparing corporate presentations for customers and management.
• Assisting cross-functional teams in project development and implementation activities.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team to resolve issues and deliver web application solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or exposure to business analysis tools or methodologies is a plus but not essential; we support your growth as you transition into the role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate both technical and business requirements.
