Job Summary

Responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and implementing Marketing & Sales activities to achieve Business Plan goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Devise and execute effective Marketing & Sales strategies to meet project goals.
  2. Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and sales events such as launches, promotional activities, roadshows, and exhibitions to meet sales targets.
  3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
  4. Analyze target markets and leads to support business strategies.
  5. Coordinate workflows within and outside departments to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  6. Administer and adhere to department guidelines and SOPs for compliance.
  7. Assist with related tasks such as management reporting, liaising with agencies, suppliers, solicitors, bankers, authorities, and handling licenses and permits.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Skills & Abilities
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage, especially for serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Computer literate.
  • Driving license is an advantage.
Experience
