The Indirect Buyer is responsible for the overall Sourcing Organization. They will provide support at both tactical and strategic levels to deliver results aligned with the Global Sourcing Plan.

This position reports to the Commercial Operations leader and is part of the Strategic Sourcing department located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to support sourcing activities related to Pall’s indirect service and material requirements for assigned sites and/or commodities.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders such as finance, strategic sourcing, vendor management, etc.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Experience with SAP integration and maintenance—timely PR/PO conversion, maintaining up-to-date purchasing information, vendor master data, and GR/IR.
• Vendor management—supplier onboarding, negotiating payment terms, and handling price increase requests to support Pall’s needs.
• Understanding and implementation of purchasing policies and strategies.
• Cross-functional collaboration with site-level stakeholders (manufacturing, quality, engineering, etc.) and relevant projects.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• 2-5 years in purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Experience with SAP (MM and/or PP modules) is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
